We have experience in recruiting, selecting and placing ship crews ranging from operational crews to technical personnel, for various types of ships such as tankers, cargo, bulk carriers, offshore, etc. All workers that we recruit have gone through a strict selection process, training, interview tests, health tests and crew certification in accordance with IMO (International Maritime Organization) regulations.

1. PT Indo Bryant Maju has a legal standard manning agent in Indonesia and has signed an agreement with the Indonesian Seafarers Union (KPI). Therefore, we are responsible for providing qualified, certified, and medically healthy seafarers based on MLC 2006, IMO, STCW 78/95, STCW 2010, and the ISM Code.
2. We guarantee that the workers recruited and placed must have the appropriate qualifications and experience, certificates, licenses, and valid travel documents for at least the entire period of the intended work contract, behave well and competently, and have good English language skills with English language testing of applicants by a professional and certified personnel manager.
3. We ensure that workers who will be assigned and placed will undergo a pre-employment health check at a designated Clinic/Doctor in Jakarta and provide a report of the health check results to the ship owner before the applicant or worker boards the ship.
4. We are committed to protecting and fighting for the rights of seafarers during the contract period. Every Crew has the right to a Fair and Transparent Employment Contract, Right to Decent Wages, Right to Health and Safety Protection, Right to Reasonable Working Hours and Leave, Right to Facilities and Welfare, Right to Non-Discriminatory Treatment, Right to Privacy and Data Protection, Right to Training and Certification, Right to Legal Support and Right to Repatriation.
   
5. We will arrange a placement scheme for confirmed crew to join the Ship on the date/time specified by the Ship Owner. If required to join at a port outside Indonesia, the crew will travel by air from Jakarta or another specified location, with the cost borne by the Ship Owner in accordance with the agreement set by the ship owner with PT Indo Bryant Maju.
6. We request that crew members who are dismissed and repatriated for reasons other than disciplinary violations or resignation be repatriated to Indonesia Via (Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Jakarta) at the expense of the Ship Owner.
7. The Ship Owner is required to pay agency fees per person, per month, as well as other deductions imposed after the Crew joins the ship in accordance with the agreement between the Ship Owner and PT Indo Bryant Maju.
